Terms and Conditions

• Our main form of communication is via chat on our website (DMS are not prioritised)

• Address is sent 1 or 2 days before appointment 

​

• No plus ones 

 

• Deposits are non refundable

​

• No children 

​

• Come prepared to pay immediately

​

• Please be on time (we do not charge a late fee but your appointment will be canceled after 10 minutes because we have to attend to other customers)

​

• Cancelations will result in the full amount being charged if notice is not provided within three days.

​

• A travel fee is charged for each appointment but is waived to a group of more than 3 customers in one place.

​

• Hotel / Suburb parking fees are passed on to the client. If onsite parking is not available please notify us immediately.

•  We offer first class and highly quality products. Each client has access to unused brushes and they are maintained to a high sanitary standard after use.

​

• Any skin condition should be reported before booking or if asked on site.

• Early bookings are reserved for Brides

​

•  We respect the privacy of each client, please notify us if you don’t want your picture taken.

​

•  Do not for any reason share the business address without prior consent as legal action may be taken to preserve our right to conduct business

​

• Sunday bookings will result in an additional fee 

• $30 + km of distance for travel fee

• Please give 24 hrs notice for any cancelation

• 24 hrs notice will be given to you if we can't attend to you

• $100 - $200  charge for bookings before 8:30 (2-4 am starts etc)
