Our main form of communication is via our website enquiry and chat system. Social media direct messages are not prioritised and may not receive a prompt response. For all booking-related matters, clients are encouraged to contact us through our website.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable as they are required to secure your booking date and compensate for potential loss of income resulting from declined enquiries for the same date. In the event that Iranzifaces is unable to fulfil the booking the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

The remaining balance is DUE 10 days before the booking date. This allows sufficient time for all booking arrangements, preparation and administrative tasks to be completed prior to your event. By finalising payments in advance, the focus can remain on delivering a seamless and stress-free experience rather than managing outstanding balances in the days leading up to the booking. Any outstanding balance not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Additional time charges apply not only for extended service time due to changes or requests to further refine the look, but also for any delays outside of the Iranziface's control. This includes situations where the Iranzifaces is required to wait upon arrival (for example, if the client is not ready or available at the scheduled start time).

If additional time is incurred, it will be charged at $75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments ($37.50 per 30 minutes), as the Iranzifaces may have other scheduled bookings to attend.

Clients are expected to be ready and available at the agreed appointment time to ensure all services can be completed within the allocated schedule.

Appointments scheduled before 8:30 am or after 4:00 pm will incur an additional early-bird/out-of-hours fee, which will be advised at the time of booking.

Hotel / Suburb parking fees are passed on to the client. If onsite parking is not available please notify us immediately.

We offer first class and highly quality products. Each client has access to unused brushes and they are maintained to a high sanitary standard after use.

Any skin condition should be reported before booking or if asked on site.
We respect the privacy of each client, please notify us if you don’t want your picture taken.

Please note that bookings scheduled on Sundays will incur an additional surcharge as Sundays are generally reserved as Iranziface's rest day. This fee reflects the out-of-hours nature of these appointments and ensures all Sunday bookings are accommodated accordingly.
